This made my blood run cold. Read what Canada's department of foreign affairs is promoting. I have to assume this started under the former Liberal government but it is being given greater powers under the new government. Do Peter McKay and Stephen Harper know about this?
I am told there is a version that translates all the acronyms to make it understandable by normal people outside the government bureaucracy. When I find it I will post it as well.
