I disagree. Banning accurately describes what we ought to do.

However we do it, the result will be the same; we will have prevented entry into Canada of a person known to foment hatred and to stimulate violence.
I also agree with Shelley. We need to identify and expose the person(s) extending the invitation. We need to infiltrate their base of operations, find out what they're up to, and act accordingly.
Giving in to terrorists is the real fear-based reaction, whether you do it by total capitulation or by adjusting your behaviour bit by bit, day by day until you are completely under their thumb.
