CCD - FYI - three separate emails sent.

Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada

Mr. Prime Minister,

From my knowledge of your perspective, I trust that you would be supportive of denial of entry into Canada to this radical speaker.

I have sent the following e-mail (similarly to S.Day, Minister of Public Safety) and I wish you to be aware of my position on this matter.

----------------

Monte Solberg, Minister of Immigration -

Sir:

I hope you consider very carefully the possible consequences of permitting Sheikh Riyadh Ul-Haq of the UK to enter Canada with his purpose of addressing Muslim communities in Toronto and Montreal. From his past speeches, it is evident that he explicitely expresses propaganda of hatred and incitement of terrorism - both criminal offenses in Canada - directed against "identifiable groups" Jews and Hindus and by implication, against all non-Muslims, that is - against the vast majority of Canadians.

It is surely reasonable and on solid factual basis that his entry would be denied.

I would strongly support such an action and hope that your decision is to deny his entry.
