I just read the text of the speech the you were prevented from delivering in Ottawa;
firstly extreme congratulations;it is brilliant and right to the point.
secondly;-(and you probably have thought of this yourself) I believe this should be sent to the newspapers for broader circularization, including the western papers an even the Quebec papers.I intend to send it to many of my contacts
