Dear Marlene - Read the book I Am Jewish - inspired by Daniel Pearl. It is well worth your time. I converted to Judaism 26 years ago, and am very proud to be a Jew. I thank God every single day that I am a member of the Jewish community. I think you need to seriously look at why you have such feelings of embarrassment and self-hatred for your own people. Have you been listening to too much anti-Semitic propaganda? Have you bought into the filth that is perpetuated by the likes of Hezbollah? Try the Pearl book, as it may provoke you to reconsider your position. Then again, perhaps you are not really Jewish, but rather are an imposter who decided to dissiminate anti-Semitic propaganda through the pretence of being a Jew. Only you know the truth.
