DeSmogBlog.com is described on the David Suzuki Foundation website as follows:
"The mission of this blog is to debunk the climate change deniers, who use suspect science and deceptive public relations techniques to confuse and mislead the public on climate change issues."
DeSmogBlog.com was founded by Public relations guru James Hoggan and financed by Canadian millionaire John Lefebvre who made his fortune processing online gambling transactions.
James Hoggan sits on the board of directors of the David Suzuki Foundation.
John Lefebvre is a financial supporter of the David Suzuki Foundation, according to the foundation's annual report 05/06, and a public relations supporter through DeSmogBlog.com.
In January 2007, John Lefebvre was arrested in the United States and charged with laundering billions of dollars in illegal gambling proceeds. In 2005, NETeller processed more than 7 billion dollars of transactions and more than 95% of the transfers were Internet gambling companies.
So, David Suzuki and the climate change enforcers accept money earned from the human wreckage of online gambling and alleged money laundering.
