David Harris has written an exception and very straight-forward article in the Ottawa Citizen. Would that many other reporters could do the same.

His message is important and the article deserves wide circulation. Notwithstanding the "printers' troll" that replaced "trade" with "treat" in paragraph 14 - India, through...and employment to boot," this article should be required reading for all members of the federal parliament from the Prime Minister down. It wouldn't hurt the country's provincial governments or its history and geography teachers and professors either.
