David Harris writes beautifully and makes the case for India over China. No one is saying that India is perfect, it doesn't have to be, but India is becoming more democratic and free while China is becoming more dictatorial and militaristic. A strong India serves Canada's interests, a strong China may not. Our buying power has an opportunity to also serve our national interests if we embrace India.
