David Harris article is timely and great!
No doubt Canada is just about to miss India boat... Canada already missed China boat. However a small correction that it is not a question of India vs China but about both India and China. Canada has a high propensity to miss opportunities. It has a proud tradition to pick cherries in the world bring them here and then the garbage them.
The bureaucracy sitting in Ottawa seems never wanting to open its eyes ... Canada trade Minister's visit to India could be a big exception.
Another comment ... China has a serious problem about the human rights of its huge 900 million underclass population. On the other hand India since its independence is taking its underclass with it for all these last 60 years. There are problems in that but not as bad as in China at this stage.
Any how, it is a welcome change at Ottawa and a great article by David Harris
