Fair referendum impossible with terror presence

Of course Pakistan wants a referendum, with their terrorists present on every street corner to ensure that people vote the way they want them to.

('Ethnically cleansed' does not mean killed BTW, it means either killed or driven out of Kashmir)

There is nothing 'reasonable' about people who paint a terrorist versus democracy conflict as a 'complex situation'. There is nothing really that complex about Kashmir or Pakistan. While terrorism is perpetrated, there can be no fair referendum. When the terrorism ceases there'll be a referendum. You have admitted yourself that hundreds of thousands of Hindus have been driven out by Islamic terrorists. How can there be any referendum in this situation?

And yet you think the Pakistani policy of a referendum without removal of the terrorists is 'imperfect', but a better solution than India's policy of using the military to crush the terrorism first and then talk about a referendum. That shows, I think, who and what you are.
