I am upset and deeply disturbed by emails and agencies such as yours that do nothing but blame and further incite haltered. How can you blame victims of decades of violence for lashing out? Living in a foreign country and not being able to be a part of it because you are separated in a "camp". I can only imagine how hopeless the lives of some of these so called terrorists must be to react in such a manner.
Instead of further punishing these people for being in a situation not of their making, why not think of constructive ways to help them. People with a home, a job, some financial security and hope for their children's future do not turn to violence. Stop punishing our displaced peoples and get active in communicating with them about their needs and hopes for the future.
Shame on you for further wishing to punish victims of discriminatory government practices.
