When you ask a Palestinian to identify himself ethnically, the reply is Middle Eastern, when you ask a Jew to identify him or herself it is invariably White/Caucasian.
The Ashkenazi Jews are Khazars and have nothing to do with the middle east.
Giving Jesus blue eyes and blonde hair doesn't make him Scandinavian and neither does grand larceny of land make you middle eastern.
