The extension of sovereignty/annexation via the Golan Heights Law has placed the Golan Heights under Israeli civilian and military control.

If that's not annexation, I'm not sure what is. Mr. Olmert confirms my stance:

"the Golan Heights will remain in our hands forever".

In the past week or fighting, over 40 Palestinians have been killed as opposed to 1 Israeli. Are you suggesting that the Israelis are more at threat?
