I noticed Kay used the title "MANAGING Islam's Civil War". I think the hidden message is that the West should let Muslims solve the military threat for us through a few decades of bloody civil war. Let the Sunni and Shia in Iraq massacre each other for the next 20 years, let Hamas and Fatah keep spilling Palestinian blood until exhaustion finally defeats them, let Musharraf and Al Qaeda keep bombing and killing each other, let Mubarak and the Muslim Brotherhood struggle for control of Egypt. Why do the work ourselves when our savage enemy is itching to do it for us? We just need to MANAGE the process to make sure it lasts a long time.
