No one has given me any good reason why 2 school boards should become 30 school boards and why I should have to pay huge taxes to keep some religious people happy. No one has told me why keeping kids apart in their own narrow-minded little religious enclaves is a good idea and why it will build a cohesive sense of being Canadian. I have always been a happy atheist who had no quarrel with religious people as long as they were not waging jihad against me or trying to take away my rights according to their own beliefs, but now that I will face a huge tax burden for their schools and will get nothing in return except a higher risk of being blown up by religious fanatics I have to thank John Tory for making me positively anti-religious. This was a brilliant article, hats off to Naresh Raghubeer!!
