No such thing as a muslim country these days only countries run by muslim despots. Iran being the exception although most muslims are not shia, so they don't really count. I'm glad to hear you know how to read Arabic and have done some study of tafseer or study of interpritaion of the Quran. Then you would know that the Sunnah (example)of the Prophet, his family and companions is a part of the religion. Simply saying they covered their faces as a sign religious conviction to let others know their status as believers. Please don't try to educate me on my religion unless you have spent a few good many years studying it from people who know.
