the Qu'ran is read in Arabic whether you are Arabic speaking or not, the prayers are said in Arabic, whether you are Shia or Sunni, the interpertation and practice of Islam can have cultural overtones just as does Christianity and Judaism, but the LANGUAGE of Islam is Arabic.
