I am dismayed to hear that veiled women who do not prove their identity visually will be able to vcte in Canadian elections. Surely, there can be other accommodations. I would recommend that there be a screened area where veiled women could show their faces to a female election official so that their identity can be compared to their photo I.D. I would hope that faces are mandatory on all passport and citizenship I.D. documents.
