What kind of a fool does Marc Mayrand take us for? The law says that photo ID is required in order to cast a ballot. Marc Mayrand, the chief electoral officer of Elections Canada, agrees, but says the law does not explicitly state that the photo ID must be compared against the face of the person showing the photo ID. He considers this to be a reasonable interpretation, so much so that he is prepared to create the present rage. We pay this stubborn fool?
