Regardless of what a law will deter, as a just and compassionate society, we have laws which reflect our sense of morality.

I cannot imagine Canada reacting to suicide bombers as you described.

I am grateful to Dr. Mansur, for his perspective and hope that Senator Jerry Grafstein's Private Member's Bill will pass; that section 83.01 of the Criminal Code will be amended to include, suicide bombing in the definition of terrorist activity.
