I trust Canadian government to make PA funding decisions that are in accord with the behavior of PA in the West Bank. Indeed, Ottawa should decide about these funds, not Jerusalem. The Israeli government of Olmert, Livni, Barak and Peres is a cohort of traitors of Israel and its population. The electoral and government structure of Israel lacks any mechanism of accountability of an elected representative to its electorate. That allows the PM Olmert to govern the Country while numerous polls consistently reveal about three percent popular support for his policies. Until the Israeli government will closely mirror the US governmental structure of checks and balances, corruption and treason will reign in the Israeli government, something a Country surrounded by primordial hate of its neighbours and Arab citizens can ill afford.
