Interesting interview - Al raises obvious points. Sending money to the PA has not worked in the past. In fact, there are many stories in the past about the corruption that went on and that much of the money ended up with Arafat personally. In fact, this was precisely why Hamas was able to win in Gaza.
So ... what can be different now? It would be great if there was a way for money to go individual common people, rather than the leaders.
