That's an amazing argument, Mark, and one that reveals your true sentiments. So because Arab tyrants use Israel as a scapegoat for their own failings, the solution is to eradicate Israel?

So I guess if I am a rabid Jew-hater who creates social unrest by using the Jews as a scapegoat for my own failings and frustrations, then -- by your 'logic' -- the blame lies with the Jews. After all, if we didn't have Jews for the lunatics to obsess about, we wouldn't have the unrest.
