Romeo Dallaire's judgment must be called into question. A Senator or an ex-General who believes that any infraction, be it a breach of a minor rule or the beheading of children, are morally equivalent is unfit to command or comment. He appears to be completely detached from the real world, but that may be a pre-requisite for being appointed to the Senate by former PM Paul Martin.
