Note to Canadian Government: Tell all Canadians in Lebanon to get out of that unstable country right now, on their own, because you are able, and now that you have all been warned, no rescue fiasco will be undertaken at taxpayer expense only to see you waste it and go back later. This would be a fine time to pick which country you want to belong to. If Canada is your home, come home, but do it quickly.
