the JDL actually is listed as a terrorist organization in the U.S.A, so yes it is perfectly valid to refer to them as such

the zionist-terrorists Irv Ruben and Baruch Goldstein(massacred 29n people) were members of this group, and that qualifies it for being a terrorist group.
